Discover new media and techniques with friends.
We meet twice a month at 10.00 am and finish around 12.30. Weather permitting we have sessions at various locations outdoors. We hold our in-house sessions at the a-putt restaurant and lounge at the Gualta Golf Club just outside of Toroella de Montgri. Meetings are held in the restaraunt with good light and water supply available. We are able to purchase drinks and stay for lunch. Free parking is available on-site with good access for the disabled. Sessions start in mid September, and finish in June, with a break over the Christmas period. However, some of our members continue to meet informally through the summer months.
We have an Art Group Diary which is updated regularly. DIARY Past sessions have included such topics as Abstract, Life Drawing, Aboriginal Art, Chinese Brush Painting, and Architectural Art.
Members bring along their own equipment but here is a list of a few key items you may need:

A selection of pencils, eraser, sharpener and ruler.

Paper (of different weights), and sketch pad.

A rigid board and masking tape (on which to attach your paper)

A selection of brushes.

Pot or jar for water.
-
A cloth.
-
Media of your choice: Watercolours, Acrylics, Pastels, Charcoal, etc. (not oils).
